The brand new fully furnished 2 bedrooms apartment features a modern design in a minimalist Portuguese style to create a positive and relaxing atmosphere for every guest. The entire apartment is equipped with classic Portuguese rustic furniture combined with modern appliances.
Focusing on your comfort, the 150 m² large apartment is an excellent fit to accommodate 5 people.
The configuration of apartments is as follows: 2 bedrooms with a full-size bed, wardrobe and bedside tables; a large living room with big dinner table, sofa – bed, Smart TV LED – 42” (YouTube Premium, Netflix and 160 satellite channels free for our guests), 2 bathrooms with a bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen and sunny panoramic terrace.
The living room and kitchen have access to the terrace with views of the Albufeira city, which has dining table and comfortable chairs.
A separate entrance to the apartment makes for a comfortable and independent stay for our guests.
Our apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including stove, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, fridge (all – Zanussi), water kettle, coffee machine etc.
Our apartment is equipped with air conditioners, which can be used for both cooling and heating.

What is available to the guests:
Our apartments offer high-speed Internet – up to 300 Mb and WI-FI is free for our guests.
Tea, coffee and kitchen spices are available for our guests to use in the apartment.
We provide each guest with linens and a set of towels for use in the apartment, on the pool and the beach.
Showers and toilets are also available in the pool area for our guests.
If you are travelling with infants, our apartment has a baby cot and a high chair, both provided free of charge for our guests. Please notify us in advance.
Guests of our apartment have access to the swimming pool which is available for both adults and kids, from 08.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. The sun loungers and the beach towels are also free of charge for our guests.

Free parking is available on the complex’s premises.

Our guests can independently choose a contactless check-in or a meeting in our apartments.
You will receive check-in instructions 1 day before arrival.

Location:
Our complex is located in Patio district of Albufeira.
This area is located away from the bustle of the city and has authentic Portuguese architecture, which makes it unique for a city holiday. The cafes and shops in the area will make your stay comfortable.
Our apartment is a 15-20-minute walk from a well-known beach Praia do Peneco, Old Town and Marine.
Our complex is located on a small hill. For trips to the beach or the Old Town, it is recommended to use a car or services like Uber or Bolt taxi (trip costs 3-5 euros).
For sightseeing lovers there is the Sacre de Albufeira Museum, Santana Church and the Municipal Museum of Archeology.
For those who prefer to go shopping, there is a shopping street and the mall which are reachable by car (2.8 km).
There are plenty of other things to do for active tourists, such as: Kayak and SUP Caves Tours are about 4 kilometers away; Pine Cliffs Golf Course and Dom Pedro Millennium Golf Course Vilamoura, considered as one of the finest golf clubs in Portugal; and kids’ favorite Zoomarine Algarve Waterpark, all three places are about 15-20 minutes away by car.
For those who prefer yachting, sailing, boating and so on there are a lot of opportunities in the Marina area about 2 km away.

Faro Airport is situated in 40 km from our location, which shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes by car, depending on the traffic.
The nearest bus stop is 400 m away.
The easiest way of getting around in Albufeira is either walking or renting a car.
If you want to rent a car, we can offer you our car rental partners – they can meet you at the Faro airport and provide you with the best options.

Deposit 399 eu, which is returned to the guest after a holiday.
