Villa Sunkiss Algarve is very spacious, tastefully decorated to a high standard and is fully airconditioned (cooling and heating), accomodates up to 10 adults and is perfect for families or holidays with friends (children and babies welcome). The villa is set in a fully fenced and gated plot with sea view from the terraces and has a garden. The entire unit is located on the ground floor. The large entrance hall leads to the kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as to the dining and living room. The villa has 6 bedrooms of which 5 have an ensuite bathroom (2 rooms are connected) (1 double bed, 8 single beds, 1 sofa bed and 2 baby cots). The cosy living room has comfortable sofas, a smartTV (140 channels, Netflix), a nice fireplace with fan and leads to the bright dining room (seats 12) and veranda. The new kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with combi oven/microwave and hob, 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, espressomachine, water filter (no need to buy bottled water !), etc. At the heart of Villa Sunkiss Algarve is a large heatable swimming pool (11m x 4.3m with depths ranging from 0.90 m to 2.15m) surrounded by a sun bathing terrace with sunbeds and an outdoor shower. The floor of the pool area has high quality slip resistant tiles. The timber pergola overlooking the pool is ideal for outdoor entertaining and will probably be your favorite place during the day. A safety pool fence is available in order for the parents to fully enjoy and relax when their toddlers are around (optional). All bedrooms, bathrooms, the living room, dining room and kitchen have mosquito nets and electric shutters. There is also a terrace accessed from the dining room for outdoor dining and a large rooftop terrace with sun loungers on the first floor with a nice sea view.
