The space The apartment is composed by : - a hall, - a living room with a sofa bed, - two bed rooms, - the first one around 20 m², for children, including a private access to a bathroom with WC and shower - the another around 15 m², as parental suit, with a dressing, - a kitchen including with plate 4 gas, an extractor hood, an electric oven, microwaves, fridge, including a class 4 freezer, washing machine, - an independent bathroom with a bath and WC, including an hair dryer - a terrace with a direct view to the swimming pool - a household kit (a cleaner, an iron with its table, a dryer and its tongs), with a suitable usage by a man as a woman. More, the city offers 4G coverage, around the apartment, in the downtown and along the beach. Oriented South West, the place is lit all the day. Pet are not admitted and smoking is only tolerated on the terrace. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including the swimming pool and the private parking. Interaction with guests If I'm not at home when guests are there then a local agent will help you on check-in and check-out. I speak portuguese, english, spanish and french and the local agent only speak portuguese but I will always at disposure to interact if needed.
