1. The accommodation is a one bedroom apartment (T1) and is registered in the “National Register of Local Accommodation” (RNAL) of the “Turismo de Portugal, I.P.” with No. 23347 / AL. It is located on the 1st floor of the Girassol Building, between Rua do Leste and Avenida Infante de Sagres (Quarteira promenade), where the city's beaches are located (Latitude: 37.063943; Longitude: -8.093195).
2. The accommodation is furnished with two single beds, a double sofa bed and an individual divan, with a standard capacity of 4 people spread over two rooms. Exceptionally, one or two people may be authorized in addition to the maximum capacity of the apartment, upon payment of € 20 for each one over the daily rate.
3. The accommodation is equipped with thermally cut double-glazed windows and with the following appliances and the like: automatic water heater and stove with butane oven, combined fridge, microwave, washing machines, dishes and coffee, iron and board iron, toaster, toaster, kettle, electric citrus press, hand blender with chopper and mixer, vacuum cleaner, fan, heaters (1 fixed in the toilet and 2 portable), portable charcoal barbecue, DVD player, mini Hi-Fi, air conditioning and 32 '' Led TV with 7 national DTT channels in open signal, in both rooms.
4. During the stay, the customer is allowed to occupy a covered parking space at no additional cost (seat number 23), as well as to use the building's terrace to grill.
5. The accommodation is equipped with various kitchen utensils, except bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) and towels (face towels and bath sheets), which are the responsibility of the customer. However, at the customer's request, bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra € 30 and / or € 20 per stay, respectively.
6. Except for rare exceptions, the reservation of the accommodation made by the full week, with entries and exits on Saturdays, between 15:00 ’and 16:30’ and between 12:30 ’and 14:00’, respectively. If the schedule is not met, the client may have an increase of € 30 in the amount of the stay, which will be deducted from the amount of the deposit.
7. For stays of less than 30 nights, all charges are included in the price list. For stays longer than 30 nights, only allowed in low season, there is a 50% reduction on the daily rate, but gas expenses will be paid separately.
8. Unless otherwise agreed, the reservation is only made upon payment corresponding to 50% of the number of nights required by deposit or bank transfer by ATM or cash and the remaining 50% until the day of entry into the apartment. P >
9. On the day of entry a deposit is paid, not less than € 150, which will be returned on the day of departure, except in case of damage caused by negligence or improper use of the equipment or disappearance of material goods from the apartment made available by the responsibility of the customer.
10. After confirming the reservation, the customer must arrange with the owner, the time and place (in the accommodation or elsewhere), the delivery of the keys and leave the departure time in advance, where and to whom to hand over the keys at the end of the reservation. stay.
11. Generally, pets and smokers are not allowed in the accommodation. Access to accommodation from the outside for children and the disabled and / or people with reduced mobility is properly adapted.
