The apartment was renovated in 2017 and is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, espresso, iron, hairdryer, satellite cable TV, bluray + DVD player, etc ... ), it has a suite with double bed & shower room, a double bedroom, and a sofa bed, so it can accommodate a maximum of 6 people + a baby (cot on request). A 2nd bathroom, fitted kitchen, living room and a balcony. Air conditioning & heating. Outdoor parking. The Corcovada district: The area is calm and peaceful, several shops nearby and the beach at 1.8km (Praia da Oura). For entertainment and nightlife, you just have to do a few meters (10 minutes on foot) and you will debauch at the top of the rua dos bars (bar street) completely illuminated and dedicated to parties and holidays. Golf within 3km (Balaia Golf Village). Additional info: The linen (sheets & towels) provided. End of stay cleaning included in the price. No smoking inside. Animals refused. No noise after 9pm in the apartment. Access to the swimming pool prohibited between 8 p.m. and 9 a.m. No one outside the reservation is accepted in the apartment. The apartment must be returned in good condition. The dishes must be washed and stored. Emptied ashtray. Garbage cans emptied and taken out. Check in after 4 p.m. and check out before 12 p.m. (can be negotiated depending on the agenda).
